TSS: Memory Chapter 3

Once the fillies reached the club house they wasted no time getting stardust acquainted with how everything works.Applebloom was showing Stardust around the club house explaining everything in detail about what the C.M.C does and when they do it. Stardust smiled widely, she hadn't been their ten minutes and she was already excited from what Applebloom had told her. Scootaloo was busy finding a cape for Stardust in the club houses closet, which was quite a mess and Sweetie Bell was trying to figure out the schedule for the next days crusades.

Applebloom looked at Stardust as they walked "And that's basically what we do with our free time" she said "now we should hurry back to the club house" she noted looking around "its getting dark and ah don't want you to get yelled at by Twilight because of us"

Stardust smiled and nodded "Thank you" she said as the two started to run back to the club house. When they reached the club house Scootaloo and Sweetie Bell were already outside with the scooter and wagon Scootaloo threw Stardust the cape and hopped on her scooter.

"That cape is yours Dusty, when ever we do something as the C.M.C you have to bring it" Scootaloo instructed.

"Tomorrow meet us by Fluttershy's house we agreed to help her take care of her animal friends" Sweetie Bell explained as Stardust and Applebloom sat in the wagon

"How about you just meet me by the Library? that way Twilight won't have to worry about me getting lost" Stardust suggested

"Thats a good idea" Scootaloo said with a nod "Now hang on were going to try and beat the sunset!" she shouted to them.

Stardust looked at Scootaloo with look of shock on her face "Wait what!?" she yelled as the scooter launched forward.


Twilight was busy cleaning up the library when she heard the sound of laughing outside her door. Right when she turned to open the door Stardust ran inside with a frightened look on her face as the Cutie Mark Crusaders just laughed at her expression from outside.

"Its not funny you almost made my heart explode!" Stardust shouted back at them,Twilight couldn't tell if she was joking or not.

Scootaloo looked at her from outside "Don't worry we won't go that fast ever again!" she then turned back to her friends nodding a silent yes we will to them.

Stardust was about to say something but Twilight looked at the small fillies "Thank you for dropping her off now you three get home before it gets to dark!" she shouted to them

Applebloom nodded to Twilight Sparkle "Alright Twilight!" she yelled as the scooter propelled forward.


Twilight chuckled as the Crusaders left she turned to Stardust with a smile "Now you should go wash up its almost time for dinner"

Stardust looked at the door and nodded as she ran to the restroom to clean herself up.

Twilight and Spike started to put the table together and had finished right when Stardust came into the kitchen.

As they all sat down to eat,Stardust began to wonder what was so special about the food spike had made while Twilight talked about apple trees and how they grow depending on the condition of the land. Stardust was about to speak up when a loud dinging noise came from the kitchen. Spike ran in to the kitchen and a minute later came out with a cake that read "Welcome home" Twilight placed a hoof on Stardust's shoulder and looked at her with a big smile on her face, Stardust looked like she was ready to cry and she hugged Twilight the rest of the night went by smoothly, Stardust explained what the Cutie Mark Crusaders had planned and Twilight agreed to let her go as long as she wrote a friendship report after she gets home.

Twilight walked Stardust to bed while spike cleaned up after dinner she tucked stardust in and blew out the candles.Just when Twilight was about to leave the room when Stardust spoke up.

"Twilight?" she asked in an almost whisper

"Ya Star?" Twilight whispered back.

"Thank you" Stardust whispered back to her mentor.

Twilight smiled "Your welcome my faithful student, now get some rest you have a big day of crusading to do tomorrow" Twilight turned and closed the door.

Stardust was the happiest she had ever been in her short life, she had a family and friends she had people who cared about her. She drifted off to sleep with a new warmth in her body stemming from a happiness she never had experienced before.


"Wake up child" a soothing female voice rang in Stardust's head, she woke up to find she wasn't in the library she was floating somewhere looking out at nothingness.

Stardust looked around she couldn't see anypony for miles and was starting to panic "Where am I?" she asked fear was present her voice

"You are in your dream world child, I have been waiting a long time to talk to you" the voice explained

"What do you mean you've waited a long time to talk to me? Who are you?!" Stardust yelled to the voice.

"You will know in time as you grow more powerful, so will our bond" the voice said

Stardust just looked more confused "Bond? Powerful? what the hay are you talking about!?" she shouted

the voice chuckled "I wish I could tell you what I meant but as I have said this is not the time, The sun rises and our time grows short young one. Learn from your teacher as much as you can once you do you'll be able to understand where Equestria began" the voice echoed as it began to fade into nothing.


Stardust awoke with a fright and was looking face to face with Twilight Sparkle "umm how long have you been there?" she asked

Twilight chuckled "Five minutes, you looked so peaceful in your sleep." she gave Stardust a sandwich "now hurry up and eat, the Crusaders are waiting for you down stairs." Twilight ordered as she left the room.

Stardust finished the sandwich quickly and ran downstairs to the waiting C.M.C "Sorry about that girls, I was having a really weird dream." she blushed shyly.

Scootaloo laughed "No problem Dust, lets get going to Fluttershy's" with that the C.M.C turned to leave

"I'll be gone for a while, I promised Cheerilee that I'd help her grade some papers" Twilight explained "I'll probably be home when you get back, but if I'm not just let yourself into the library and write your friendship report" she instructed Stardust.

Stardust nodded as she and the Cutie Mark Crusaders ran out of the library they then proceeded to Fluttershy's cottage .


They reached Fluttershy's house in record time thanks to Scootaloo's speeding which didn't make Stardust happy at all and she voiced her anger.

"I've only been in Ponyville for a day and I have almost died of fright twice!" the gray-blue unicorn shouted

"Oh come on Dust, your just over reacting its all in good fun" Applebloom tried to calm Stardust down.

"Ya you have to admit going that fast is really cool!" Scootaloo jumped with joy

Sweetie Bell just watched the argument not taking a side in it as the 3 continued to argue about how fast they should go

"Hello girls" a soft voice cut through the argument the girls turned to see Fluttershy feeding a few of her animals

"Hi Fluttershy!" Applebloom shouted to the timid Pegasus

Fluttershy smiled at the girls as they came closer, she finished feeding her animals and turned to them "Thank you for coming out to help me girls"

"No problem Fluttershy it might help us get our animal care cutie marks!" Sweetie bell bounced up and down with excitement

Fluttershy chuckled "OK, the only thing you girls need to help me with is feeding the chickens and I can handle the rest" Fluttershy explained

The Cutie Mark Crusaders all smiled and shouted into the air "CUTIE MARK CRUSADER CHICKEN FEEDERS!!" as they ran to start feeding the chickens well all of them except Stardust who looked like she just got her ears blown out 'This is going to be a long day' Stardust thought as she trotted to catch up with her friends.


A lone pony stood outside Ponyville she was blue with a white mane, she was wearing a magician's hat and cloak and had a grin on her face as she started to walk into the town. the people of the town stared at her in disbelief as she walked by. Pinkie Pie ran up to the new pony with a smile "Hey how are you doing I'm Pinkie Pie whats...." her voice faded when she noticed who it was and with a fright Pinkie jumped into the air and dashed away towards Sugar Cube Corner and locked the door behind her. the rest of Ponyville followed her example and locked their doors leaving the lone mare in the center of town by her self.

The mare looked and saw a baby dragon walking around town oblivious to what had happened, she touched her magic and dragged the dragon towards her and brought him up to eye level with her "You!" the dragon shouted "Why are you here? didn't you learn your lesson when Twilight beat you?" it shouted but a zipper appears on his mouth before it could talk anymore.

The unicorn looked at the dragon with hatred in her eyes as she asked her question "Wheres Twilight Sparkle?"
