Whereas She of the Wyrmstadt and Princess Celestia of Equestria, desirous of a peaceful end to the bloodshed, make this day this agreement:
Clause 1: No dragon shall hunt or eat a pony
Clause 2: No pony shall hunt and kill a dragon
Clause 3: Any dragon shall permit ponies to maintain their settlements within the his/her territory
Clause 4: No pony shall force a dragon from his/her territory
Clause 5: Dragons shall not hunt or eat any domesticated animals owned and/or bred by ponies
Clause 6: Ponies shall not exercise their magic within a dragon's territory, pony settlements excepted
Clause 7: Ponies shall not control the weather within a dragon's territory, pony settlements excepted
Clause 8: Dragons shall protect their territory from all invaders; this includes ponies
Clause 9: Ponies shall defend their homes from all invaders; this includes dragons
Clause 10: Ponies shall not interfere with the sacred duel of two dragons unless the duel poses a direct threat to a town, settlement or city.
Clause 11: Ponies shall not steal from a dragons horde
Clause 12: Dragons may not use their fire near or around a pony settlement unless permission is given or unless it is requested by the ponies of the settlement
Clause 13: Dragon eggs may not be taken from their nest unless the nest is abandoned.
Clause 14: Dragon duels must be fought away from a pony settlement and be witnessed by an ambassador of the Wyrmstadt.
Clause 15: The Royal Princesses may not interfere with Draconian issues unless it affects ponies or unless it is requested
Clause 16: Ignorance of these laws is not a defence
Anypony or Anydragon who has broken these laws risks severe punishment that shall be decided either by her majesty Princess Celestia of Equestria or She of the Wyrmstadt. To ensure that all ponies and dragons know of these laws they will be posted in schools and taught to all dragons who intend to make their homes in Equestria.

You know something that's always confused me on a small level in regards to this show/fandom: Why isn't "Anyone" used as a catch all term? Admitedly it isn't often there's enough of more than one species in a conversation for it to be necessary, but it seems like it would save time. It's not a problem, just something that I've been thinking about for a bit.
